- you can notify us by email to info@eposplanet.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;or
- where goods have already been dispatched to you, by email to info@eposplanet.com or call: 0845 388 3974. If eligible, you will be assigned an RMA number that will validate your return. Returns without a valid RMA number will be rejected, and shipping charges will be forwarded to the customer attempting to return the item..
2. We do not warrant the suitability of goods for a particular purpose, and you should check specifications and suitability with manufacturers before ordering. A restocking fee of up to 15% of the returned goods value may be charged. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
3. The package MUST be returned in as new condition for a full refund, if items are damaged and we cannot resell them then we may deduct these costs from the refund amount.
4.please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address we give you. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
5. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -
- in the event that the product has been used.
- to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
